Thank you for shopping with Outbound. We aim to deliver your order quickly and reliably.  Below is our policy on shipping and delivery.

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation email when your order is shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • We offer flat-rate shipping within the United States.
  • Free shipping is available for orders over $50 USD (before tax).
  • Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional cost.

Note: Delivery estimates may vary based on carrier performance, weather, or peak holiday volume.

3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States and to select international destinations, including Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, France, and South Korea.
Available shipping options and rates are shown at checkout based on the delivery address.
International shipping availability may change from time to time.

Please note that return eligibility may vary by destination. International orders are not eligible for returns. For full details, please review our Refund Policy.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor delivery status.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of shipment, please contact hello@outboundactive.com with your order number.
We’ll help track the package or file a claim with the carrier if necessary.

6. Wrong Address or Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
Outbound is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses entered by customers.

If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, we can reship it once the correct address and reshipping fee are confirmed.

7. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@outboundactive.com with photos of the packaging and product. We’ll help arrange a replacement or refund.
